Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Sourced Tech. If you’re not, we make returns straightforward and fair.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, under the following conditions:

  • The item is in the same condition it was received

  • It includes all original accessories and packaging

  • It has not been damaged, altered, or tampered with

     

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@sourcedtech.io with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for the return

  • Photos or videos of the item (if applicable)

 

We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and, if approved, a return shipping label.

 

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • A restocking fee may apply for items returned incomplete or used beyond normal testing

     

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

  • Software or digital products

  • Items returned after the 30-day window

     

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right immediately.
