30-Day Warranty Policy

At Sourced Tech, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. That’s why all purchases are protected by our 30-day limited warranty, effective from the date of delivery.

 


 

What’s Covered

Our warranty includes protection against:

  • Manufacturer hardware defects not caused by user damage

  • Performance issues not disclosed at the time of sale

  • Battery defects (when battery health is above 80% at time of sale)

 


What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental or cosmetic damage (e.g. drops, cracked screens, liquid damage)

  • Software issues related to third-party modifications, jailbreaking, or unauthorized repairs

  • Loss or theft of the device

  • Normal wear and tear


How to File a Claim

 

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at info@sourcedtech.io with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Supporting photos or videos (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 1 business day with next steps.

 


 

Resolution Options

If your product is approved under warranty, we will:

  • Repair the item

  • Replace the item with the same or comparable model

  • Or issue a full refund, depending on availability and condition

 


 

Additional Terms

  • Devices must be returned in the same condition they were received

  • Returns must include all accessories originally provided

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item
